Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive business plan for the regions of Central, West, and South India.

  • Establish and oversee sales targets and ensure they are achieved.

  • Track Year-on-Year (YoY) growth metrics to assess and improve sales performance.

  • Supervise and guide a team of sales representatives to optimize their performance and achieve sales objectives.

  • Evaluate and address growth opportunities to drive revenue and market share expansion.

  • Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external)

  • Provide regular reports on business performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives to senior management.

  • Providing guidance and support to the direct reportees 

  • Conduct regular analysis of customer behavior and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

 


Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in sales management, business development, or a related role within the Indian market.

  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a sales team.

  • Excellent analytical skills with a solid understanding of market research and sales performance metrics.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

  • Willingness to travel frequently across the designated region
