The Readiness/Operations Integration Lead (Subject Matter Expert) will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration and operational readiness of various systems and processes within the Program Management Office (PMO). This position requires a highly skilled individual with extensive experience in management analysis, system integration, and operational readiness.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $126000 to $210000.

Qualifications
Required:
- At least 7 years of experience in Project Management or related
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be eligible to obtain a US Security Clearance
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Documentation and Consulting Experience
- Government industry experience
