Work you'll do

The Readiness/Operations Integration Lead (Subject Matter Expert) will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration and operational readiness of various systems and processes within the Program Management Office (PMO). This position requires a highly skilled individual with extensive experience in management analysis, system integration, and operational readiness.

Qualifications

Required:
  • At least 7 years of experience in Project Management or related
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be eligible to obtain a US Security Clearance
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Documentation and Consulting Experience
  • Government industry experience

This compensation range is specific to Maryland, and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $126000 to $210000.
