Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in sales operations, management consulting, or program management.
  • Experience with data analysis and structured query language, such as SQL.
  • Experience developing analytical models using spreadsheet software.

Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or other relevant technical advanced degree.
  • Distinctive problem-solving and program management skills, including experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, products, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail while managing multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure.

The Google Cloud Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations team acts as trusted advisors, partnering with Sales, Customer Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Partners and Google Cloud Consulting to plan, strategize, and run the business in a transformational way.

As part of the Google Cloud Platform Go-to-Market Strategy team, you will use a data-driven approach to sharpen decision making and drive deep understanding of our fast growing business. In this role, you'll combine your analytical skills and business sense to help drive and develop the performance and strategy of our Google Cloud business to ensure rapid and long-term sustainable growth of our Google Cloud offering.

Responsibilities
  • Influence executive-level decision making through deep, scalable, and actionable analytical insights into core business decisions such as prioritization of growth opportunities.        
  • Influence system roadmaps and capabilities by developing work plans, gathering/synthesizing data, leading analyses, and developing final recommendations.        
  • Perform data analysis on large datasets  and modeling to identify trends and efficiency opportunities. For example, use a data-driven approach to identify customers with specific profiles.
  • Work with cross-functional organizations within Google Cloud including Business systems, engineering, business intelligence, and data science.
