As a leader in the aerospace industry, we have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Program Coordinator to join our Value Stream function in our Seating business.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will work to support the value steam leader and program managers in delivery of customer programs. Key aspects of the role involve gathering, analysing and preparing reports, supporting customer meetings, supporting the delivery of improvement projects and supporting the delivery of programs as required.

What you will do:

  • Work with the value stream leader and program managers establish key program and business metrics and agreed reporting formats

  • Collate, analyse and maintain data to create program metrics and performance plans

  • Support management by developing plans, time frames, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing project

  • Challenge data accuracy and determine cause for metrics outside anticipated parameters

  • Present information and metrics to internal meetings

  • Process and procedure development

  • Support delivery of process improvement projects

  • Support facilitation of customer & OEM meetings

  • Support delivery of program deliverables as required

  • Strong ICT skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong project planning skills

What you need to succeed:

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in a comparable professional role.

OR

  • Currently working in an M2 Role.

OR

  • Hold or working towards a Third Level Education in a relevant discipline

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience working in a P1 role

OR

  • Have successfully completed a relevant Development Programme e.g. (the ML Development Programme, Step Up Development Programme, Tech Tracks etc.)

OR

  • Currently working in a T5 role.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Project management experience
