Digital Marketing Associate
Summary
Zeta’s Marketing Operations team is comprised of over 50 individuals across different geo locations who provide world class operational support of shared services to the stakeholders and clients of Zeta using multiple in-house and commercial performance marketing tools. We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our Compliance team at our Hyderabad office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about consistently driving results through operational excellence and constantly striving to improve processes.
Essential Responsibilities
- First 3 month – you will be learning the process & tools.
- Reviewing the email campaigns & web properties to make sure they adhere to the compliance requirements.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business units’ requirements & monitor publisher activity.
- Generate daily, weekly & monthly reports using various tools.
- Maintaining & upkeeping the process documentation.
- Supporting other production efforts as needed.
Essential Competencies
- Good communication skills and fluent in English (both written and verbal.)
- Attentiveness; should have keen observational skills.
- Testing & Quality assurance skills.
- Organizational skills; able to handle multiple requests, changes, and conflicting priorities.
- Advanced skills in MS Suite, Especially MS excel.
- Analytical and reporting abilities.
- Should be able to learn new software/tools quickly.
Qualification:
- Fresher with an IT graduate degree [B.Tech, BSc Computers etc.] who is passionate to make a career in Campaign & Compliance Operations.
- MBA degree is an added advantage.
