    The Product Management team is looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong product management and communications background to creatively solve for the needs of our customer base. You will be responsible for creating and executing a product vision and strategy for a portfolio of services and frameworks. To help, you will manage a team of Product Owners and together you will partner on managing the full product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution. A successful candidate must be energized by building deep customer empathy, collaborating with design and development, discovering opportunities through data analysis, and creating and communicating progress through leading indicators.  

    As a Senior Product Manager in Engineering Systems, you will manage a portfolio of services and frameworks for developers writing services on the Relativity One SaaS product, enabling them to meet our customer needs at scale and provide a standard, frictionless ecosystem of industry standard services and practices. The objectives for this role will be focused on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enabling a seamless and automated configuration-as-code experiences while fostering a culture of innovation and best practices within the organization

    Our Engineering Systems Product Management team focuses on three key principles – delivering tangible value to customers iteratively and frequently, having a bias to action, and leading collaboratively. We believe that innovation comes from research and expertise being paired with data-driven experimentation and iterative development.     Job Description and Requirements

    Role Responsibilities  

    • Owns product portfolio strategy, roadmap, and goals.  

    • Utilize deep user, market, competitive knowledge and data to articulate clear long-term product vision.  

    • Communicate product vision and achieve buy in from Senior Leadership and stakeholders.  

    • Justify Roadmaps with both qualitative and quantitative data evidence.  

    • Able to set leading indicators of product health and project success; drives tactics based on insights from portfolio metrics and reporting.  

    • Research and synthesize industry-leading trends and patterns for developer experiences. 

    • Lead research and proposals to drive build/buy/partner decisions with strong context around emerging trends.    

    • Engage in exploratory design that validates hypotheses and proposed solutions. 

    • Regularly communicate product roadmap value to internal and external customers, with the ability to speak to both technical and business-oriented stakeholders. 

    • Think outside the box to develop innovative solutions and develop plans to drive expected outcomes. ​ 

    • Work collaboratively with design and development to validate direction and solution. 

    • Manage thoughtful scoping and prioritization while motivating through conflict and change.  

    • Facilitate high priority defect prioritization, management, and communication.  

    • Represent Relativity at industry trade shows and events.  

    • As a leader on the Product team, mentor junior team members, help improve the team’s operations, and contribute to team-wide initiatives.  

    • Successfully build consensus and influence others without authority during day-to-day operations. 

    • In the spirit of continuous improvement, provide high quality, direct feedback to peers on both core values and work product. 

    • If managing a team, responsible for holding others accountable to their work responsibilities and core values adherence. 

    • If managing a team, responsible for delivering on the expectations of a people manager.  

    • Mentors other Product team members and provides product-management functional coaching to less experienced team members. 

    • Familiarity with internal developer workflows and tools 

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Prior experience as an Engineering Manager or a developer 

    • Track record of driving outcomes related to automation and improving internal developer/technical customers workflows aligned with company goals 

    • Creating frictionless migration experiences 

    • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile  

    • Familiarity and comfort with data, including ability to use data to analyze and monitor product health, set goals, back up assumptions, and track success.   

    • You are excited and curious about highly complex problems, systems, and interactions  

    • A team player with proven ability to validate solutions and deliver features from inception to delivery  

    • You focus on the details, but focus your strategy on the big picture objectives  

    • Excellent communicator and presenter, both written and verbal  

    Minimum qualifications:

    • 7+ years of experience in product management building custom software  

    • 1+ years of experience inspiring, managing, and coaching Product Owners as direct reports  

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design or comparable work experience.

    Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

    This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

    The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

    zł264 000 and zł397 000

    The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
