We have an exciting hybrid opportunity for a Lead Senior ECO, Military Engines to join our team!
What You Will Do:
Lead and oversee Pratt & Whitney’s Ethics & Compliance program for the Military Engines organization, functioning as an independent leader who reviews, evaluates, investigates and assesses ethics and compliance issues and concerns. Travel to P&W’s Military Engines sites is anticipated.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and coordinate the efforts and work of Military Engines Local Ethics & Compliance Officers and any investigators who work on matters within Military Engines.
- Provide leadership and support in the development of programs, initiatives and policies for the Ethics & Compliance program to prevent and investigate illegal, unethical, or improper conduct by employees and third parties supporting P&W.
- Responsible for leading efforts to continually enhance and improve P&W Military Engines ethics and “Speak Up” culture.
- Participate in the development and support of efforts to operationalize ethics and compliance requirements in the P&W Military Engines organization.
- Lead and participate in Ethics & Compliance initiatives, teams and committees as required, at both the P&W and RTX levels.
Investigations:
- Lead, coordinate and actively participate in efforts to investigate reported complaints against and alleged violations by individuals or the organization. Manage investigation processes to ensure timely and effective completion and closure of investigations and implementation of appropriate corrective actions.
- Support efforts to ensure proper reporting of violations to duly authorized enforcement agencies as appropriate.
Communication and Training:
- Works with Human Resources, Communications and others, as appropriate, to deliver training through Ethics & Compliance Education Center modules, in-person training and other initiatives.
- Maintain effective Ethics & Compliance communication initiatives in and for the organization, including promoting (a) speaking up; (b) heightened awareness of the Code of Conduct, (c) understanding of new and existing compliance issues and related policies and procedures, and (d) other communication efforts for Pratt & Whitney employees and third parties.
Reporting, Validation, Enhancements & Other Responsibilities:
- Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, including through the Enterprise Risk Management process; develop/implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provide general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
- Monitor the performance (via metrics, focus groups, surveys, etc.) of the Ethics & Compliance program and relate activities on a continuing basis, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience in Ethics, Compliance and/or related function; OR an advanced degree and 10+ years of experience in Ethics, Compliance and/or related function.
- US Citizenship required due to government contracts, programs and projects.

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
