Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly, helping to bring innovative solutions from concept to reality. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing projects that integrate technology with business needs, making a real impact on how innovation is delivered across the organization.

Your responsibilities

As an IT Innovation Project Management Intern, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Project Initiation: Assist the Functional Analyst in refining project scopes, coordinating with initial stakeholders, and setting up early project stages to ensure clear objectives and smooth handover to the Technology Leads.

  • Coordinating Ongoing Projects: Work directly with Technology Leads to track project progress, ensure effective communication between all involved parties, and support the timely resolution of any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

  • Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly check in on project status with Technology Leads, keeping detailed records of progress, potential risks, and any changes. Provide weekly updates to ensure that project statuses are clear, and any issues are communicated promptly.

  • Facilitating Communication: Act as a central point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that information flows seamlessly and that all parties are aligned on project goals and timelines.

  • Contributing to Process Improvement: Bring insights and suggestions to improve existing processes in project management, helping to make the innovation pipeline more efficient and responsive to change.

  • Organizational and Coordination Skills: Able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain focus on key deliverables.

  • Clear Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Able to convey information clearly, bridging gaps between technical and business-focused stakeholders, and ensuring smooth collaboration.

  • Proactive and Problem-Solving Mindset: Comfortable identifying challenges and coming up with solutions, with a flexible approach that suits a dynamic and evolving project environment.

  • Fluent English Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in English (minimum B2 level), both verbally and in writing, within a diverse, international team setting.
