Demonstrates thorough abilities and interest in a Workday implementations consulting role responsible for:
Implementing Workday Financials, including design, build, and testing;
Assisting large companies with improving the performance of their finance organizations, including the delivery of finance services; implementing finance technologies; aligning finance strategy with business strategies; streamlining and standardizing finance policies, practices, and processes; and transforming the finance organization to more effectively support the business;
Contributing to the development of a business vision and manage implementation efforts with complex project management capabilities; and,
Identifying and addressing client needs by building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement.
Demonstrates prior proven success analyzing detailed finance and accounting processes of global organizations to improve efficiencies and effectiveness in the following areas:
Transactional processes such as intercompany, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash etc.;
Close and consolidation;
Performance management, budgeting and forecasting capabilities;
Internal and external reporting; and,
Maintenance and building of cost-effective controls.
Demonstrates proven abilities and experience in process improvement in and applications of at least one of the following focus areas:
Finance transformation, financial systems optimization;
Managerial cost accounting, financial modelling and industry systems/processes;
System application implementations and software configurations; and,
ERP systems, including SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, JDE, Workday, NetSuite.
Demonstrates proven thorough abilities and success with identifying and addressing client needs by actively participating in client discussions and meetings; preparing concise, accurate documents; and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues.
Demonstrates proven success and thorough abilities to learn and perform in functional and technical capacities, which include the following areas:
Workday system application implementations and software configurations;
Utilization of PC applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) to write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently, emphasizing the ability to capture effective client needs understanding their systems to be able to translate those needs into system functionality; and,
Produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment collaborating effectively across teams on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
