Job Details

Your responsibilities:

  • You will maintain smooth daily operations for all Trade Finance instruments related activities (including Guarantee, Passive Guarantee, Import Letter of credit, Export Letter of credit), release Bank guarantee/LC requests as part of the 4-eye principle.

  • You will maintain bank guarantee portfolio (new issuance, amendment, extend or pay, claims, closing, free formats), handle the incoming bolero messages and follow manual procedure in case of non-Bolero contracts.

  • You will assign advised export LCs to the relevant recipients, process and follow up for collection under Bank guarantees/LCs in our favor. You will be adhering to local regulations and relevant customary practice.

  • You will reconcile Banks' invoice, effect payment & allocate bank charges, support/oversight on the data quality management in TFL and advise PO/SO/Cost Center to GBS payment for booking Bank Charge regarding to BG/LC.

  • You will coordinate with global ETF and Bank for acceding Trade Financing Program, manage Trade finance facility limit for BG/LC and work with Group & Bank to increase when needed and complete regularly controls.

  • You will involve in Monthly/Quarterly Reconciliation for Guarantees, LCs, and Sureties, perform required Internal Controls for GRCM, sign off as relevant and provide support under Treasury function.

  • You will support Treasury cluster team on FX hedging, Loan and Cash Management activities regarding to physical documentation, local language reports and AR collection consolidation.

  • You will support local country in Insurance activities regarding collecting data for Insurance Declaration, Policies' annual renewal.

Your background:

  • You hold university degree in finance, banking, treasury management, or a related field.

  • You have prior working experience in trade finance administration, advisory, and consultancy on guarantees and letters of credit.

  • Certification in trade finance instruments (e.g CSDG, CDCS) would be considered advantageous.

  • A proactive business attitude, knowledge, and understanding of local and regional rules and regulations, as well as the regional market environment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in daily interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
