We are seeking a CORE Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team and drive operational excellence across the Everett, WA site. In this role, you will help transform business processes by deploying the RTX CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) Operating System and leveraging continuous improvement tools. Your contributions will enhance business performance by refining strategy, policy deployment, and standard work, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement at our site. As a key player in improving operational efficiency, you will collaborate with various departments to analyze system requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices across the facility. This role will be instrumental in helping us achieve our goals related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

This role may be eligible for relocation.

What You Will Do

Work with site leadership and prioritized functional areas to understand business needs, assess current processes, and recommend improvements through the application of CORE and continuous improvement (CI) tools, ensuring that process changes contribute to enhanced operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Lead/co-lead/facilitate or participate in Continuous Improvement events identifies metrics for improvement and follows the events through the implementation phase.

Drive site-wide implementation and utilization of the CORE Portal system as well as a link to the shop floor management system.

Champion change and continuous improvement and facilitate the development and implementation of CORE strategies supporting aggressive business goals.

Continually identify improvement opportunities and provide creative and thoughtful input to improve processes, methods, and products.

Be recognized as an expert in the latest CORE tools and apply hands-on education, training, and application of CORE principles and tools to increase proficiencies across the site as well as enhance the CORE culture.

Perform other duties as required.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
