Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, a related quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in Program or Project Management.
  • Experience in using SQL for extraction and transformation of data sets.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in Scaled or Customer Support Operation.
  • Experience in designing, developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience in designing and delivering data warehousing solutions.
  • Proven track record of excellent program management, prioritization, cross-functional stakeholder management and delivery in a fluid environment.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data into useful formats and bring actionable insights through effective communication.

The CLS Operations team aims to support CLS with the operational capability to deliver excellent learning experience at scale. Responsibilities
  • Develop an understanding of Cloud Learning Services operational and financial processes. 
  • Act as a subject matter expert for data processing and toolsets, creating data sources, dashboards and insights.
  • Play a dual-role of project manager and technical lead on concurrent initiatives, overseeing the work of third-party vendors and ensuring projects are completed timely, while meeting business requirements with exceptional level of quality.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data trends, translating them into actionable insights for the CLS Operations team, to manage and prioritize the activities.
  • Build reliable data pipelines and intuitive dashboards using Spreadsheet, Business Intelligence Platform and Looker to provide accurate reporting and performance insights.
