We are seeking for our Finance Common Shared Services (FCSS) for Turkey an Accounts Receivable & Credit Finance Business Partner in Dudullu location with below qualifications.
Ensuring compliance with guidelines, procedures and external regulatory requirements. The role will provide key assistance to the business, ensuring accurate tracking and processing of transactions. Reporting to the FCSS Front Office Manager, applying relevant accounting techniques and standards to identify and resolve issues. The Role also will perform some General Accounting task. As part of the global FCSS function, the role will closely cooperate with our centers in Krakow and the Global team members.
Your Background;
- Equivalent work experience, with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Have good SAP user skills (S/4HANA) - SAP/ FSCM experience is an asset,
- Good English proficiency, proficient in using MS Office and other related tools.
- Work experience Customer risk analysis, credit management
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to meet strict deadlines and to multitask between various projects,
- Flexibility, goal oriented mindset, team working skills and willingness to learn are required.
- Resilience - strong ability to work with ambiguity and constantly changing set of circumstances and resolve issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and self-management ability
- Experience working directly with multiple countries and cultures in a finance capacity
- Working knowledge of IFRS and J-SOX
- Preliminary understanding of contract law, basic financial knowledge, business contract terms, and knowledge related to export trade.
- Quick comprehension as well as an analytical, independent and precise way of working
- Trade receivable insurance management experience is an asset,
Responsibilities;
Essential duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Responsible for credit and collection policies, procedures, and standards to maximize cash flow and minimize credit risk,
- Guarantee Management (Credit Insurance, Bank Guarantee Letters, L/C, Mortgages), Intelligence Management, Customer Database creating,
- Prepare monthly Credit and Open Risk Report and presents to Country Credit Committee and Regional Credit Manager,
- Daily account receivable operations (e.g. FI e-invoicing processes, credit/debit notes, write offs, reconciliations and currency difference calculations)
- Hold & Release Management, appraisals and necessary action decisions for sales orders that contain high risk. Following up Dunning Procedures and blocking & unblocking the accounts,
- Support Collection, Credit Reviews and Accounts Receivable,
- Makes financial analysis of customers,
- Manages all account issues involving bankruptcy and other legal proceedings.
- Perform Customer Reconciliation Processes,
- Responsible for calculating Bad Debts, Provisions with HUB Finance Team,
- Continuous improvement: you collaborate with other teams in continuous improvement activities and initiatives focusing on delivering efficiency, transparency, and standardization.
- The role regularly track and promote the collection of accounts receivable in the responsible area, participate in relevant collection meetings, and take appropriate actions to solve problems.
- Identify and realize opportunities for continuous process initiatives
- Conduct Business Partner meetings with Internal stakeholders; ensure that our internal business partners are provided the service levels as agreed to add value.
- Support the post-implementation phase of SAP S/4HANA.
