General Information:
Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment including: Operating machine tool, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards. Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods. Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products. Maintaining accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis A Team Leader (M1) supervises para-professional employees. Responsibilities typically include: Setting day-to-day operational objectives for team. Problems faced may be difficult but typically are not complex. Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities:

- This position is for 2nd Shift.
- Previous supervisory experience is a must for this position.

Your Background:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role with direct personnel management, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and inspire others.
- Proficient in change management and time management, both personally and when coaching others.
- Strong analytical skills to focus on key aspects of the business and make informed decisions.
- As a person you are humble with the ability to proactively prioritize, plan, and structure workflows.
- Good communication skills both written and spoken.
- Experience with lean manufacturing methodologies is an advantage.
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
Primary Job Location
- This position will oversee all assembly operations at the Mount Pleasant, Pa. facility for DTB on 2nd Shift. This includes all personnel direct.
