We are seeking a Finance Director in the Arrow Electronics Centennial, CO office. This role is in support of the ECS NA business. The individual must possess strong business acumen and thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee the monthly accounting Close by working closely with General Ledger (G/L) Group
• Review financial statements and summarize variances to forecast and plan
• Provide monthly forecast and associated reporting
• Oversee preparation of sales and financial reports for management team
• Prepare and present annual plan which includes associated support and metrics
• Prepare and present quarterly business review (QBR) slides
• Oversee incentive compensation process and drive improvements
• Provide ad hoc strategic analysis to drive profitability and growth in the business
• Research industry trends and provide associated analytics for management
• Partner with customers and suppliers on business issues and strategy
• Participate in key supplier QBRs
• Act as strategic partner with internal leadership team of business
• Manage a team of 15-20 which includes Finance Managers and Analysts

What You'll Need:
The successful candidate has strong accounting/finance knowledge and analytical abilities. The candidate must also have very strong interpersonal/influencing skills as well as management experience. The candidate should be passionate about the use of technology to solve business problems, including a high proficiency with MS Excel. Key personal characteristics include motivation, attention to accuracy, priority setting, customer service orientation and drive to meet deadlines.

• BS in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in analyzing and managing financial information
• Minimum 5 years of managing staff

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or CPA
• Experience with a large (Fortune 250) company
• Distribution experience

Work Arrangement: (Effective Sept. 1, 2023)

Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days

Monday/Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$157,700.00 - $254,375.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
