Work You'll Do

Join a dedicated team focused on enhancing the strength and resilience of the industrial base. Our mission is to deliver and sustain secure and resilient capabilities quickly and cost-effectively. This role supports priorities such as responding to operational needs, modernizing critical deterrents, executing acquisition reforms, sustaining critical systems, and ensuring a robust, secure, and innovative industrial base. Our team of experts in data analysis, market research, financial analysis, and strategic materials management collaborates to provide actionable insights and strategic guidance to senior leadership.

Work You'll Do:
  • Conduct data analysis, market and financial analysis, operations research, and strategic materials expertise.
  • Identify, analyze, and utilize data to increase visibility and direct strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze market trends and industrial base capacity for future assessments and investments.
  • Enhance the strength of strategic and critical materials supply chains and policies.
  • Review policies and oversight mechanisms to incentivize the supplier base.
  • Interact and communicate with contracting officers and representatives.
  • Manage technical solutions, delegate resources, and ensure quality assurance across projects.
  • Lead organizational assessments, program audits, and evaluations.

Qualifications:

Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in strategy support, business action planning, and senior-level client engagement management.
  • Experience in leading projects, process improvement, systems alignment, and conducting organizational assessments and program audits.
  • Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information) clearance.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:
  • Experience supporting senior leadership in Government or Industry on investment decisions and market trends.
  • Experience in private equity and hedge fund research, financial modeling, market, and financial analysis.
  • Ability to analyze relevant markets to identify trends affecting the development and maintenance of systems and capabilities.
  • Conduct market analysis on strategic and critical materials, identifying risks and proposing solutions.
  • Understanding of supply chain risk management and value chain analysis.
