- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or project management in a technology/media/finance company.
- Experience in enterprise/Business to Business (B2B) technology/cloud sales.
- Experience in extracting and analyzing data sets to develop insights and recommendations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with sales at B2B technology organizations, with an understanding of integrated go-to-market in Enterprise software.
- Ability to synthesize data and drive executive-level insights and recommendations.
- Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity, engaged priorities, and working effectively in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence, with ability to create relationships at all levels.
- Excellent problem solving and investigative skills.
In this role, you will drive the business forward by developing strategy, insight, and structure to accelerate growth and scale the business. You will identify and lead initiatives to deliver value to the business, including conducting analysis, developing recommendations, and crafting execution plans. You will work holistically and collaboratively across North American leadership and the broader Google Cloud organization to align on decisions, drive implementation, and measure results.
You will partner closely with sales leadership to design strategies and build recommendations based on a data approach. You will work with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to build alignment and generate results. You will acquire an understanding of our business and will enable the regional teams with best practices, insights, and processes to execute consistently at scale. You will play a role in shaping the direction of an exciting business and will see the direct impact of your work across the organization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Partner with North America Go-to-Market leadership to develop the organization’s strategy and business plan, becoming an integral part of the leadership team as trusted advisor of the Google Cloud Sales team.
- Drive initiatives to support growth and scale, bringing creative problem solving skills to identify and develop opportunities for optimization.
- Analyze data and synthesize insights to identify actionable recommendations and create materials to build stakeholder alignment and executive approval.
- Lead designated cross-functional workstreams to successful completion, include defining milestones, timelines, and results.
- Collaborate with regional and global cross-functional teams, including Sales, Strategy and Operations, Finance, People Operations, and Customer Experience, to achieve shared objectives.
