Our Impact:Structured Transactions department is responsible for execution and implementation of a variety of transactions, such as: Management, negotiation and execution of standard and non-standard transactions such as MSR and advance financing. These transactions support objectives of the Investments & Capital Markets division and its clients/customers with respect to reducing credit losses, improving servicing performance and liquidity, and meeting client/customer needs.
Your Impact:You will bring transaction management, negotiation and data management skills to our capital markets transactions
Under the direct supervision of the Structured Transactions Director, the Structured Transactions Business Lead will interact with internal and external partners to coordinate and manage the deal process, specifically:
Work closely on all stages of transaction management for MSR financing, MSR note offerings and advance financing, including deal preparation, execution and post transaction tracking
Execution/Being responsible for transactions from start to finish
Establish, maintain and manage client relationships with key decision makers and personnel of customers and various internal groups
Oversee multiple concurrent and complex transactions and meet tight timelines
College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred.
Typically has 10+ related experience.
Prior experience in a transaction management role is preferred
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel and Access
Organizational and project management skills
Demonstrated experience managing projects in a multi-task environment
Understanding and experience of mortgage servicing is preferred, but not mandatory
Understanding and experience in Warehouse financing is required. Experience in MSR financing is preferred but not required
Understanding and experience with asset backed products is preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Willingness to understand legal and counterparty risk frameworks
Proactive, with ability to think creatively and execute in a manner that respects and meets appropriate internal controls

Excellent interpersonal skills, including comfort interacting with internal management and external partners

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $182,000 - $272,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
