Responsibilities
- Develop, update and capitalize market intelligence on segments of this industry to guide our GEO (country) sales forces to better articulate the value of our solution portfolio.
- Articulate new value propositions in order to develop and/or improve Energy and Materials solutions. Highlight the potential benefits of our solutions and the expected performance indicators. Identify potential acquisition targets as needed to cover areas of the portfolio where solutions are missing.
- Be capable of envisioning what is key/strategic for us and how to make the purpose tangible. Quality of assistance to the geos including business prioritization and targeting, partner selection, account selection advices, etc. Help reveal new customers and ecosystems to engage with. Enforce a project driven approach.
- Support together with the team the GEO Business Planning and Sales Enablement for selected Industry Segments and help to improve our sales performance, by providing valuable guidance to our clients (and GEO teams), allowing them to transform their business and reach their objectives with clear benefits.
- Be capable of engaging others (team and cross organization) to develop 3DS purpose. Ensure Pipeline. Contribute to engagement with customers following Value Engagement process.
- Be capable of developing executable plans to deliver our Industry Experience strategy.
- Actively take part in marketing events to foster the development of Dassault Systemes awareness in Energy and Materials Industry Segments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree Engineering, MBA a plus.
- More than 10+ years experience in the Infrastructure and Energy industry.
- More than 5 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Strategy and Management.
- More than 4 years experience in Business Development, Consulting, Project Management in nuclear sector (preferably new build)
- Experience in Business Consulting and Consultative Selling with an emphasis on business transformation and change management, linking operating models, business models and digital technologies.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of 3DS Industry Portfolio and offer preferred.

Note: Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $170,000 and $200,000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus
