Our Raytheon Logistics organization is looking for an independent, self-motivated Program Planning Lead/Coordinator located at the Nashua, NH facility.  This position reports to a Program Planning Lead and will be responsible to provide logistics support and oversight on the multiple support programs.  This role facilitates the flow of goods and services to meet customer and Program Management Office (PMO) schedule requirements.  You will also be responsible for supporting the daily logistics requirements and requests of their respective program (s) which include the creation of activity logs in ALCS and other system related functions based on program requirements. You will also provide strategic program support and logistics planning and drive the execution of program requirements and deliverables on schedule and within budget. The program planning coordinator is expected to have the ability to work independently on moderately complex problems with moderate oversight and direction to facilitate their program requirement activities. Priorities may require overtime to accomplish the task. 

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the logistics point of contact for the program customer and the program office for the purpose of addressing program logistic status, issues’ and concerns.  
  • Work closely and coordinate with the Program Management, Program Planners, Site Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Security and Mission Assurance.
  • Support the flow of goods and services to meet customer and Program Management Office (PMO) schedule requirements. 
  • Support the daily logistics requirements and requests of their respective program (s) to include providing direction to program logistics coordinators or warehouse functional leads to support program requirements and work with the functional warehouse and quality leadership for the purpose of meeting program schedules and objectives to include contractual sell off requirements with Quality and DCMA. 
  • Coordinate and disseminate logistics priorities with the functional warehouse and quality leadership for the purpose of meeting program schedules and objectives.
  • May attend program related meetings and support the collection of data and metrics to aid in logistics budget and EAC analysis. 

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a university degree in related field of study and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

  • Must be willing to work in a warehouse environment when required
  • Previous experience creating and making presentations to leadership or customers
  • Raytheon Earned Value Management (EVM) Certification
  • Extensive Knowledge of Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS) a plus
  • Knowledge of Import/Export requirements and hazardous material management
  • Knowledge of DD250 creation and submission
  • Familiar with SAP PRISM

The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
