The GPS Strategy offering leads strategic planning & portfolio management and reporting & monitoring workstreams. This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.

Work you'll do:

This Strategy Consultant will support our client with a service model delivery redesign, providing innovative ways to remove project obstacles and risks, and recommendations for large and complex program transitions.

Tasks/Responsibilities include:

• Organization Design & Restructuring

• Process Mapping
• Change Management

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Additional experience driving strategic change for the federal government
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
• Ability to work onsite 100% of the time in McLean, VA

Preferred:

• Experience supporting the integration of work-flow data into systems, processes, presentations, etc.
• Government consulting experience
• Business Process Improvement
• Federal system administration experience
• Activity-Based Costing experience
• Business Analysis experience
• Technology Road-mapping experience
