Summary: As part of a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization this role manages high profile stewardship activities including management of leadership correspondence, stewardship mailings and lists, tracking and communicating funding opportunities, and contributes to growing the major and principal gift stewardship program to engage major donors and drive revenue.

Leads:
Manage Stewardship Processes & Materials
- Manage major donor leadership acknowledgements and other correspondence, acting as point person for Leadership Correspondence Program, including composing letters and emails for high touch constituents.
- Coordinate and track reviews approvals of leadership acknowledgements and other correspondence, including internal approvals and submission to leadership for sending to donors.
- Manage review and tracking processes for major donor reporting program, including establishing reporting calendar, with frontline staff on reviews/approvals of reports and submitting reports to leadership or frontline staff for sending to donors.
- Facilitate the compilation and review of mail/email lists for including quality control reviews, reviews by frontline staff, opt ins/outs, etc.
- Update and maintain stewardship outreach, including acknowledgements, correspondence, and reports, and resources in department files and LLS’s CRM database, Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Advancement and Business Development teams to share stewardship resources through internal communications, including LLS’s employee intranet, weekly frontline update email, and other email communications.
- Support implementation and management of new digital technology platforms, beginning with a new video messaging platform, including calendar for major donor communications, distribution lists, and staff training, and collaborate with Advancement and Business Development teams on content and staff engagement.
- Collaborate and strategize with business partners across the enterprise on initiatives and programs and how to best present our value proposition to major donors.
Promote Funding Priorities
- Stay abreast of LLS activities and advances in our research and support programs, providing knowledge and expertise to frontline staff about the most current advances.
- Provide content resources to frontline staff that connect the donor’s interest with the priorities of the organization to further the mission.

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of progressively responsible related experience.
- Salesforce or related CRM experience preferred.

- Average salary range is $52K-$68K, open to further discussion based on geography.
