Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages: Python or Java.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience leading teams in general software development, infrastructure development or test automation tooling.
- Experience defining multi-quarter team delivery roadmaps, managing constraints, and prioritizing interests.
- Knowledge of the phases and activities of a software test cycle.
- Ability to grow and develop individuals, teams and leads and align that growth with the wider needs of the business.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering and engaging with software development peers.

With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.

- Write the tools that measure and give insight on performance issues in systems.
- Develop Generative AI based tools for automation generation, log analysis, and triage to speed up developer workflows.
- Define test and development.
- Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader organization's goals, and align strategy and processes across teams.
