As part of App Hub, our team is responsible for the entire App Hub surface to present customers a smooth unified experience for app-centric manageability, observability, and governance, which includes the interfaces, performance monitoring for application-centric view, policy and governance management, and a few more evolving areas.

• Build, develop, and manage a team of Software Engineers, make direct technical contributions, and provide guidance to team members. Guide the team through engaged priorities and balance short-term needs versus long-term strategic goals.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering leads, and partner teams to define the goals and drive the strategic roadmap.
• Participate in engineering engagement with internal teams across sites and external partners, and influence and manage relationships with them.
• Set the technical direction and plan deliverables and milestones. Drive execution, meet deadlines, and communicate status.
• Empower and grow the team’s leadership and technical impact by modeling teamwork, cross-functional collaboration, and technical excellence.
