Join Pitney Bowes as an EUC Sharepoint Administrator

Impact
The SharePoint Administrator will be responsible for managing and administering the SharePoint environment. This includes ensuring availability of services, performance, capacity planning, monitoring usage and activity patterns, maintaining security and compliances, and overseeing content management. The SharePoint Administrator will also assist in the design, planning and execution of SharePoint design changes, updates, and other initiatives.
Being a SharePoint Administrator also entails support and training of SharePoint Users which may include, Orientation for new employees, One-on-One training sessions for Team Leaders, creating specific training documentation, updating employees on new features, not only SharePoint, but also Microsoft applications that interface with SharePoint.
The Job
Manage SharePoint environment including web applications, site collections, sites, lists, libraries, and user permissions
Configure and manage SharePoint security and Audit frequently
Monitor SharePoint performance and usage statistics
Evaluate business workflow and requirements for application related solutions to ensure compliance with technical, professional, security, and organizational standards and requirements
Experience/knowledge in MS Hybrid Azure Active Directory
Experience/knowledge in In Azure Security Groups
Office/MS 365 and azure solutions
MS 365 SharePoint Online Development and Administration
MS 365 OneDrive
MS 365 Teams
MS 365 Stream
MS 365 PowerApps
Azure Active Directory
Azure and M365 Security
Sharepoint Migration:
Migrating the data from Google/Box/Adobe 3party file shares to Sharepoint Online and restore the Access
Experience in MSFT Migration tool, Sharegate tool is plus
Qualifications & Skills required.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator with a focus on both SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
Extensive knowledge of SharePoint and its interoperability with other Microsoft products, including both online and server versions.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Language Qualification: English Language: confident in reading, writing and speaking.
