Job Details

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for quality issues analysis and improvement in production. Solve key quality issues in the workshop, such as batch or major quality issues, organize relevant departments to conduct root cause analysis, implement measures for improvement, and follow up on the effectiveness of improvement to ensure normal production.
  • You will be responsible for the quality issue summary and Lesson learned. Maintain SAP QPR (Quality problem report) processing records, follow up on quality issue resolution and improvement, and generate One-page reports.
  • You will be responsible for QOT (Quality Observation Tour) in production and key control points witness and verification.
  • You will be responsible for PFMEA and Control plan setup in all Production lines, and dynamic update.
  • You will be responsible for quality data performance analysis and Quality reporting/KPIs.
  • You will provide support for the Type test plan technical risk review.
  • You will be responsible for zero production quality follow-up for new products.
  • You will support TOP (Transfer of Product) implementation.
  • You will support assembly line quality training.

Your background:

  • Education: bachelor’s degree or above, major in electrical automation, electromechanical, and other relevant fields.
  • At least 3 years of work experience. Priority is given to those with experience in quality management in the high-voltage electrical equipment manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge requirements: quality management, SAP (Manufacturing Execution System)., Application of quality tools
  • Have a deep understanding and application of SAP (Manufacturing Execution System). Familiarity with factory processes in the high-voltage electrical equipment manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in Office software, team leadership, strong learning ability, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & and written English language is required.
