Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a research or quantitative field (e.g., Social Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Bioinformatics, Economics, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience translating research findings and insights into marketing or business recommendations
- Experience designing, scoping, executing, and delivering research and analysis projects.
- Experience managing research and measurement agencies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience conducting quantitative analysis of first-party data using SQL or similar.
- Experience with social media platforms, social listening, social management tools.
- Experience building user-facing data dashboards.
- Understanding of APAC markets.
- Ability to communicate in Hindi, Bahasa, Japanese, or Korean to review content in these markets.

As a Marketing Analyst Associate, you'll play a key role in uncovering and understanding the trending insights and opportunities for YouTube as well as understanding the impact of the YouTube marketing’s impact on the certain product area.
Responsibilities
- Analyze various data sources, including first-party behavioral data, social data, marketing campaign data, and more, to derive actionable insights.
- Design, create, and manage business dashboards to monitor performance and support data-driven decision-making.
- Structure measurement plans, own quantitative measurement, analyze qualitative inputs from trackers and primary research, and deliver comprehensive campaign reporting.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other deliverables to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. This involves translating insights into simple and intuitive communications.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to gather relevant data and conduct business analysis with effective project communication and management
