Summary:   As part of a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization, Senior Analyst, Donor Engagement Insights will play a critical role in driving the growth of our organization by expanding our capacity for revenue growth opportunity identification and constituent analytics. You will be responsible for influencing the collection of strategically important data, analyzing industry trends, and identifying high-potential corporate prospects. Your expertise will be pivotal in performing portfolio analyses, creating predictive demographic and firmographic models, and conducting multi-channel attribution and impact assessments. By prototyping retention, renewal, and cross-sell analyses, you will demonstrate the revenue impact of strategic improvements and develop insights for revenue forecasting. 

While employees may be permitted to work remotely, travel to the assigned office, HUB or Satellite Offices may be required as determined by the employee’s manager and the employee’s People Organization Generalist.

Duties and Responsibilities:   

  • Expands the capacity for analysis specifically for revenue growth opportunity identification and constituent analytics for all high-impact revenue lines. 
  • Influence the collection of strategically important data across all constituent types.
  • Identify which industries have seen the highest close rates on asks to mine for additional potential corporate prospects, increasing close likelihood and dollars achieved.
  • Perform portfolio analysis of new vs. cross-sell vs. renewal gifts including upgrade and retention rates – identify strengths and improvement targets for individuals, companies/sponsors, and high impact peer to peer campaign participants.
  • Analyze demographic/firmographic data creating predictive characteristics for long-term value resulting in the identification of more likely prospects including individuals, companies (industry, growth, employees), and growth (topline and net) drivers.
  • Perform multi-channel attribution and impact across digital and in-person touchpoints.
  • Prototype retention, renewal, and cross-sell analysis for revenue lines as proof of concept and help to influence actions based on findings.  Demonstrate revenue impact of improving these measures.
  • Develop win/loss/time-to-close analysis of pipeline data as input to revenue forecasting.

Education & Experience Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7+ of experience in revenue analysis, strategic planning, or a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools and software applications such as SQL, SAS, R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting market and industry trend analysis.
  • Excellent research, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple priorities independently and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the non-profit sector is preferred. 

Physical Demands & Work Environment: 

  • Minimal weekend & evening work required dependent on projects overseeing

We are excited to share the base pay range for this position is $69,000 - $90,000.  The offered compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, at LLS we place a high value on internal pay equity and will consider the current compensation of similarly situated roles and direct team members. Base compensation is only one component of our Total Rewards program, which also includes an annual incentive plan and a competitive benefits package.
