About the Role
We're searching for a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team in France. You'll be a vital link between our company and our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction and contributing directly to our success. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships.
What You'll Do
- Nurture Customer Relationships: Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential clients through email and phone communication. Understand their needs, provide expert advice, and present tailored solutions.
- Champion Customer Success: Act as a trusted point of contact, handling customer requests with efficiency and professionalism. Direct inquiries to the appropriate team members (service, sales, after-sales, administration) and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
- Craft Winning Proposals: Prepare accurate and compelling quotes and tenders for our linen traceability and monitoring solutions, software extensions, training courses, and after-sales services.
- Master the Market: Stay informed about public procurement opportunities and prepare competitive bids that meet all specifications.
- Support Sales Growth: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in France by providing essential support and assistance.
- Ensure Smooth Operations: Track orders, manage maintenance contracts, and collaborate with internal teams (service, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Be Organized and Efficient: Maintain meticulous records of quotes, contracts, customer interactions, and training activities, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
1. Fluent in French, basic English
2. Required minimum of 5 years experience as a sales assistant
3. Proven experience selling IT solutions or SaaS products, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer needs in the technology sector.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
4. Strong attention to detail and administrative & organizational abilities to support various aspects of the processes, and good follow up skills
