This role is exclusively for people who have a government-issued disability certificate. Minimum qualifications:
- 1 year of experience planning and executing end to end online/offline events.
- Experience using Google Workspace or other productivity tools.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently to build relationships with partners, stakeholders, and attendees of the events.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing projects, with strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to troubleshoot issues and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is an external partner facing role and some of the attendees of the events only speak English.

As a Partner Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning and execution of partner events.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the partner managers, partner engineers, and partner marketing team to develop event strategies that align with overall partner business goals.
- Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, business agreement negotiation, logistics, budget management, attendee registration, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up.
- Create innovative event formats and content that resonate with our target audience and deliver a positive and memorable experience for partners.
- Track and analyze event performance metrics, such as attendance, engagement, lead generation, and ROI. Prepare post-event reports with key findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with partners through effective communication, collaboration, and support.
