Position Summary
Experience: 4 to 7 Years
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a consultant for other positions in the department.
Responsibilities:
People Capability and Business Partner Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Business Partners to support the People Capability department's initiatives and projects.
- Drive People Capability initiatives and lead tasks related to HR Service Delivery, Learning & Development, Communications, Change Management, and Compensation and Reward programs.
Policy and Practice Reinforcement
- Promptly resolve issues related to HR policies and practices.
- Support the induction and orientation process for newly hired employees, ensuring smooth adaptation to the company culture.
Performance and Talent Management
- Assist people managers in evaluating performance, developing, and motivating team members in alignment with our talent philosophy.
- Support Senior PCBP and collaborate with relevant teams on complex employee relations cases, including those involving financial or legal risks, redundancies, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Support recruiting programs in alignment with the Talent Acquisition team to attract and retain top talent.
Mobility and Transfer
- Collaborate with the Migrations Team on domestic and international relocation and transfer processes to ensure seamless mobility.
Training and Development
- Identify training needs for business units and individual employees.
- Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure their effectiveness and follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
Employee Relations Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, including benefits, policies, procedures, and workplace issues.
- Support senior PCBP and work with the Central HR OPS Team on processes and decisions relating to complex cases with financial or legal risks, redundancies, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, including benefits, policies, procedures, and workplace issues.
- Provide accurate and timely information to employees and escalate complex queries to senior PCBPs when necessary.
- Ensure that employee queries are resolved efficiently.
Employee Engagement:
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including round tables, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms.
- Assist in organizing employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
- Monitor employee engagement levels and provide recommendations for improvement.
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the People Capability leadership team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in HR – HRBP is preferred.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
Bachelor’s or Master degree.
