The Vendor Operations Program Manager role is crucial to delivering our vision of scaling vendor operations and managing Meta's third-party engagements in a compliant manner. In this role, you will help the Vendor Solutions team drive operational excellence in vendor engagement and proactively manage a portfolio of vendors that deliver key business outcomes. As part of a multi-year vision, you will be responsible for scaling and delivering existing programs while identifying and launching new initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at collaborating with cross-functional team members and consistently delivering high-quality work, even under tight deadlines and competing priorities.

Vendor Operations Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Partner with business program owners to provide end-to-end global vendor operations support for People team vendor programs
- Ensure compliance with Meta's vendor program by completing vendor onboarding, third-party risk assessments, contracts, and purchase orders. You will also troubleshoot and unblock issues with these operational tasks that are unique to Meta’s vendor engagement program.
- Problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach, you will be responsible for managing vendor contracts, coordinating with vendors, and providing timely and effective solutions to service-related issues
- Alignment on objectives with key program stakeholders, manage the vendor roster, and keep program business owners informed on status
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Supplier Master, Third Party Risk Assessment, and Source 2 Pay) to ensure that vendors are engaged in a compliant manner, adhering to Meta's Vendor engagement policy.
- Provide feedback and make recommendations on program status, progress, and partnership insights to key stakeholders
- Create and manage reports (e.g., budget forecasting and tracking) and special projects with key suppliers, sharing monthly reports with leaders and program owners
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of vendor operation experience
- 1+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, vendor management
- Project management skills (organizing, planning, reporting, documenting, driving tasks to closure, etc.)
