- Experience with data analysis and spreadsheet software.

- Experience in content policy, anti-abuse and reviewing online content.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategy and business action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to direct cross-functionally at various levels.

- Enforce YouTube’s content policies, including misinformation, and ensure high quality policy enforcement, as part of the Hyderabad Content Specialist team within the Trust & Safety organization.
- Manage escalations in the content policy space while ensuring high quality enforcement and clear written communication and policy analysis.
- Review and manage escalations from graphic and controversial video content in line with YouTube’s Community Guidelines.
