- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development (C++).
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
- Experience with distributed systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience with Software-Defined Networking, Networking, Networking Protocols.
- Experience with Integration Testing.
- Knowledge of Go.

- Manage a small team of engineers working on Network Control Service (NCS) Optionality.
- Prioritize work and ensure that incremental progress is made even if the problems at hand are difficult to solve in a short period of time.
- Design, develop, integrate and test the features for B4 availability, scaling, NPIs. Debug/Root cause issues in highly integrated B4 ecosystem, including traffic engineering and admission control.
- Help team members and partner teams understand the broader context, and solve the right problems at the right time.
