Mission Statement:
We are seeking an experienced HR specialist with 5+ years of experience in the human resources domain, to join our transformer business in Vadodara, India. In this role, the HR specialist will partner with business leaders to drive engagement and performance programs, manage local HR processes, and lead talent attraction and community engagement efforts. As a key member of the factory management team, the candidate will play an essential role in aligning people capabilities with current and future business needs. The ideal candidate should excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrate flexibility, and possess good communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage and execute HR processes, including workforce planning, performance management, and talent acquisition, aligned with group standards and local directives.
Collaborate with business leaders to address local challenges through effective HR practices, policies, and solutions.
Drive a positive employee experience through engagement initiatives, annual surveys, and targeted action plans.
Oversee talent management, succession planning, and workforce development to meet organizational goals and promote growth.
Develop strategies for talent attraction and strengthen the employer brand through community and market engagement.
Utilize HR data tools like Workday for insightful reporting and data-driven decision-making.

Your Background:
Post Graduation in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience (preferably within the manufacturing sector)
Demonstrated ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed HR decisions.

Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
