The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Use Google’s big data to conduct data-oriented analysis, architect metrics, synthesize information, solve problems, and influence business decision-making by presenting insights and market trends.
  
• Leverage SQL to build robust and scalable scripts and workflows that automate data collection, enrichment, and delivery, maximizing the team's impact. 
  
• Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, effectively translating complex Trust and Safety Intelligence needs into clear, actionable requirements for data solutions. 
  
• Establish standardized processes and methodologies for data analysis that can be applied across diverse topics, ensuring consistency and efficiency in generating valuable insights. 
  
• Work autonomously to identify and solve problems and collaborate effectively within a team to develop comprehensive solutions.
