Position SummaryThe Director of Sales Enablement is responsible for providing the guidance strategy to sales for existing products, along with new product innovations. Working closely with the Executive Director of Products and Services, the Director of Systems Sales Enablement will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to equip sales professionals with the tools, training, and resources needed to accelerate sales cycles, improve win rates, and drive revenue growth. The Senior Director will also be responsible for developing scalable processes and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the sales organization.
Essential Job Functions:
Overseeing all Sales Enablement responsibilities globally for L&W’s Systems division. Including but not limited to:
Managing current direct reports and staff
Weekly calls with certain PdM’s to benchmark our processes with demo’s, sales follow ups and product updates
Weekly meetings with Corp Comm to continue strengthening Systems’ messages in social posts, Press Releases and articles
Weekly meeting with Product Marketing for product launches, tradeshows and conferences
Bi-weekly calls with all of sales. Use this call to as two-way communication with sales to ensure we are aligning with their needs and wants, as well as to give on-going support and guidance to the processes in place
Highspot access and training for global Systems sales and client services teams, as well as PdM teams.
Participate in bi-weekly sales forecast calls
Strengthen relationships with other divisions to continue cross-pollination
Work with Sales Operations to conduct product training and pricing assistance as needed
Product demos/Art of the Possible/Customer Journey presentations in LV showroom
Ensure all products are working in the best environment for customer visits
Manage showroom calendar for all in-person, virtual and/or Las Vegas showroom customer visits
New hire sales training sessions
Participate in all required tradeshows/conferences, including:
Training on new products for sales teams
Commercials for new products
Demonstrating new products at the event
Interacting with customers as a product expert
Duties Include:
Create, implement and manage:
Product 1-pagers, prospecting decks, FAQ’s for all existing products and new product innovations
Product 1-pagers, prospecting decks, internal launch decks (w/pricing) and sizzle reels* for new products launched at G2E (full commercials)
Sales demo questionnaire (resides in Highspot)
Coordinate and host internal strategy/prep calls
Build out agenda for client presentation
Create presentation deck for PdM and sales
Participate and/or facilitate the demo with the customer
QBR’s
• 10+ years of experience in a sales/sales enablement role, preferably in the same industry
• Prior gaming experience mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Strong business acumen and market knowledge.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Minimum of 10 years combined experience working in sales account management, client services and product development / product management
Experience working with Product Development and Product Management
Experience leading and creating high performing teams.
Experience in working with sales teams to understand and optimize product strategy in support of sales efforts
Work Conditions:

30% domestic and international travel required
