Job Details

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Experience meeting Business-to-Business (B2B) business goals.
  • Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in new business sales and business analysis.
  • Experience in managing and customizing for a customer base.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional international teams and managing stakeholders (e.g., internal and external).
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and work well with others.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically to develop business recommendations, action plans, as well as ideas on improving internal processes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop trusted relationships with clients and help them achieve business goals.
  • Contribute to the team performance consistently delivering against quarterly business goals.
  • Create and craft pitches to customers tailored to clients performance goals, and work towards mutual business objectives.
  • Find and implement creative ways to improve our client relationships, share performance-enhanced suggestions and promote Google products.
  • Produce interpretable insights from data analysis, deliver data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations to customers.
