- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization.

With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.

- Build, Develop and Manage a team of Software Engineers, make direct technical contributions, and provide guidance to team members. Guide the team through engaged priorities and balance short-term needs versus long-term strategic goals.
- Establish and maintain high technical standards, ensuring code quality, reliability, and performance.
- Empower and grow the team’s leadership and technical impact with teamwork, cross-functional collaboration, and technical excellence.
- Set the technical direction and plan deliverables and milestones. Drive execution, meet deadlines, and communicate status.
- Participate in engineering engagement with internal teams across sites and external partners, and influence and manage relationships with them.
