Your responsibilities:

• You will contribute to new product development and maintain global product technical support for Cable Accessory.

• You will design Lead for R&D development project following internal product development workflow.

• You will be capable of leading technical solution and concept design review for Cable Accessory.

• You will maintain the design, plan and execute the development test and type test for Cable Accessory.

• You will work agile, in Teams, hands-on, taking technology and personal development ownership.

Your background:

• You hold bachelor’s degree, major in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

• More than 8 experience in Cable Accessory design and application.

• Familiar with commonly applied simulation software such as Ansys, SolidWorks etc.

• Self-motivated, willing to face different challenges, firm ownership, and good leadership capability.

• Result-oriented, independent, and flexible in committing to the business.

• Available for domestic and oversea travel.

• Good communication and negotiation skills, willingness to work in a multi-language environment, and ability to communicate and collaborate within a global team and with internal/external partners.
