As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. In this role, you will lead key sectors of the portfolio such as the regions Apprenticeship Program’s current ecosystem offering, and exploratory efforts to evolve the program’s educational offering. You will oversee bodies of work that are core to the program’s quality and operations, such as the program’s related technical instruction strategy and delivery.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$234,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
  • Leverage education and workforce development experience, apprenticeships expertise, and external partnerships to design and lead a suite of Google’s scaled solutions built for the ecosystem to enable apprenticeships adoption. 
  • Oversee and deliver the program’s related technical instruction delivery and curriculum development strategy. Organize strategy and manage a cross-functional team to deliver critical programming, working closely with several workstream owners.
