Job Details

Your responsibilities:

  • You will deliver and deploys HSE training, audit and Group-wide performance improvement programs to the Local Business Units. 
  • You will ensure timely notification of HSE incidents to the management team and Hub HSE Manager, ensuring incidents are investigated and lessons learned are shared.
  • You will contribute to effective risk management of HSE related issues by providing specialist knowledge and advice to the local operations.
  • You will provide analysis of HSE data within area of responsibility. Reports on progress on implementation of Sustainability objectives and key performance indicators (KPI) as required.   
  • You will contribute to assessing emerging trends and legislation in HSE and communicates relevant information on legal requirements within area of expertise and geography. Supports constituent countries to operate in compliance with standards and respective legal obligations.  
  • You will coordinate audits (as per Group Audit Program) and supports follow up of improvement actions in the Local Business Units.
  • You will cooperate across functions and with business partners to raise awareness and drive performance, engages with internal and external stakeholders to build commitment and credibility for the Operating Unit.
  • You will contribute to driving behavioral change and continuous improvement though delivery of training and competency. Initiatives and expert support to the Local Business Units in line with yearly PGTR HSE plan.
  • You will support sharing of best practice. Coordinates reporting on HSE performance and support delivery of Group audit program.
  • You will contribute to and/or plans and executes Health, Safety and Environment performance and Corporate Responsibility related projects. Develops and reports on project objectives. Manages project resources such as manpower, tools and documentations.

Your background:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree, preferable in health & safety or similar field.
  • At least 5 years, maximum 10 years of hands-on experience in HSE domain.
  • Deliver Results - Prioritize, Act, Achieve.
  • Results orientation - drive to exceed goals & improve business practices for higher performance levels.
  • Teamwork & collaboration - actively demonstrate teamwork & facilitate collaboration.
  • Act responsibly with safety, Integrity & Transparency.
  • Proficiency in both Spoken and Written English is mandatory.
