- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- Experience developing or launching infrastructure products or technologies within networking, storage, compute hardware, databases, file systems, data analytics, cluster management, and other software infrastructure areas.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a Technology or a Business related field.
- Experience with developing innovative, industry-leading, category-defining technology products to market.
- Experience with operating in a hyper-growth/entrepreneurial environment and scaling new and emerging products from the ground-up.
- Experience with translating commercial business models/needs into technical solutions.
- Experience in influencing cross-functional decisions involving engaging stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Provide insights and feedback to the customers, and design product area roadmap, ensuring effective product launches and differentiated features.
- Assist Training/Enablement teams to train most technical promoters like Professional Services Organization (PSO), CEs and Solution Architects.
- Interact with analysts and solution specialists at product-level to drive requirements for solutions.
- Work with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to support the expansion of partner and customer business.
- Identify technology driven strategies for customer and partner success and operational efficiency.
