- TEMPORARY POSITION - 2 months assignment. PART TIME role - 24 hrs/week. Must be able to work in person 3 days/week at Washington DC location.
- Possible conversion to FULL STAFF role after 2 months - 35 hrs/week. Must be able to work in person 3/4 days/week at Washington DC location.

As part of a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization this role is responsible for providing mail center and general administrative support associated with regional resources, to ensure LLS’ vendor support services, mail, parcel, etc. and regional field operations are running smoothly. Relentlessly pursuing cancer cures.
Accountabilities:
Mail Center Operations
General Responsibilities
- General account administration and invoicing for Facilities and overall Centralized Services department as needed.
- Serve as primary point of contact for incoming mail, parcel, or freight account services for LLS national office and regions
- Coordinates additional support services for incoming/outgoing shipments, regional location, and storage location clean-outs, I.T. equipment returns and distribution
- Provides general on-site and regional mail room service assistance, coordinates delivery resources, mail forwarding and provides mass mailing, print and binding services
- Manages, moves/adds/changes and support of parcel, USPS, freight, copier, and postage accounts
- Assists with departmental regional projects as needed
- Serves as primary point of contact for incoming site visitors
Supply Management
- Orders, maintains, and distributes departmental and virtual market user stationery and inventory
- Manages premise and regional supply inventory ordering, intake, and distribution
- Manages business, I.T. and Centralize Services equipment, triage return and relocation support
Technical and additional support areas
- I.T. / equipment arrangement, basic configuration as needed
- Provides as needed technical support for the mail center
- Role will also serve as redundancy/support, for general accounts payable responsibilities
Accounts Payable, Finance
General Responsibilities Summary
- Would act as the primary general AP clerk for Finance and interface regularly with Finance in order generate, print, and send checks out as needed.
- Triage returned Chase lock box checks and correspondence to the correct departments
- Notarize documentation as needed
- Review of all Finance related mail and triage
- General vendor management and assistance with department invoice processing
Perform other related duties as assigned by the department
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Associate degree preferred or additional 4+ years of related experience in lieu of degree requirement
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Good typing, organizational and communications skills
- Experience with commercial mail room operations, equipment and applications
- Experience with managing small to medium size projects
- General knowledge/experience with I.T. office technology (To assist with on-site tech support as needed)
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Some weekend & evening work may be required

- This is a Non-Exempt, hourly paid role. The average salary is $33/hr, open to further discussion based on geography.
