We’re seeking an experienced Program Schedule Analyst who will step into a key role managing an established program schedule, driving critical milestone updates, and managing a complex cost-type subcontract. What You Will Do
- Responsible for development, integration, analysis, documentation and presentation of program plans and schedules for the duration of a contract.
- Generate strawman IMP/IMS models working independently from Proposals, Statement of Work and Supplier Data Requirements (SDRLs)
- Support awarded contracts, ensuring vertical and horizontal schedule integration and traceability, update/maintenance across the program, while monitoring the development and maintenance of the critical path; network logic and schedule forecasting, Work in parallel with the project cost analyst to ensure the cost and schedule are integrated
- Apply knowledge of company policies, procedures, & guidelines, including Government Systems Integrated Program Management system description, to ensure plans and schedules are in compliance
- Prepare reports and briefings to management and perform other business related functions as directed by the business lead and technical management
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
- Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with Microsoft Office including extensive experience in Excel
- Experience with SAP
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven experience presenting to large groups and leadership
- Capability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to gain a DOD Security clearance
- Ability to travel up to 10%
