Our mission is to develop innovative solutions that support the worldwide aerospace industry. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Director to join our team in Wrocław, Poland.
As a key member of the leadership team, the HRBP plays a pivotal role in shaping the organizations success. You will deeply understand the business, how it works and where it is going. You will provide proactive, forward-looking insights to leaders about how to best utilize and lead their people in direct support of business goals. The best HRBPs are known for their ability to operate in a dynamic environment, possess masterful collaboration and coaching skills, and drive results.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborates with business partners to implement strategies focused on increasing employee engagement, retention, and team development.
- Advise and partner with functional managers to develop and implement local human resource strategies to drive results appropriate for their business needs, and consistent with the organization's overall people strategy, including, but not limited to: workforce planning, succession planning, change management, employee development, compensation and recognition, and positive employee relations.
- Leads, directs, evaluates, and develops a team of human resources professionals to ensure that the organization’s human resources strategy is implemented effectively, within established budgets, and that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and employment standards.
- Delivers timely, high quality, and impactful employee communications focused on educating, motivating, and engaging employees.
- Leads and supports business initiatives by managing employment cost to ensure alignment with established objectives and budgets.
- Oversees the compilation and reporting of human resources metrics to key stakeholders; recommends strategies for improving these metrics with the goal of increasing the effectiveness of human resources management.
- Directs programs and processes focused on ensuring organization compliance with employment laws. Directs situation analyses and the development of subsequent action plans.
- Helps Talent Management by providing input on the design and development of training focused on current and future employee skill and performance needs.
- Travel up to 5%

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience
- Experience in multiple HR fundamental areas (talent acquisition, compensation/benefits, performance development, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, organizational change, learning and development, and org. effectiveness).
- Fluent in Polish and English.

- Business acumen, be innovative, adapt well to change and work collaboratively with strategic influence to drive initiatives across a matrixed environment.
- Experience coaching, consulting, and influencing leaders
- Experience with conflict resolution and mediating between parties
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience managing a team
- Ability to evaluate people, handle conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment and effectively interface at all organizational levels
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience serving as the prime consultant and coach to senior leaders for their organization on HR matters relating to organizational strategies and business imperatives.
- Ability to develop and present senior level leaders with proposed solutions that will collaboratively drive change throughout their organizations.
- Project management and prioritization skills with proven attention to detail.
- Analytical skills to draw appropriate conclusions from data and expertise in systems, anticipating second and third order of effects when making recommendations
