Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst (Level 1) or a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst (Level 2). This position will be located at our Aeronautics Systems sector in Oklahoma City, OK and have a hybrid work schedule working 2-3 days in the office on a 9/80 schedule.
The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Business Management Organization.
Essential Functions:

Sets up Integrated Master Schedule, monitors and statuses tasks in the schedule, run checks and balances for cost and schedule integration.

Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government guidelines.

Prepares program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled.

Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks.
This requisition may be filled at either an Associate Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst (Level 1) or Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst (Level 2).
Basic Qualifications for an Associate Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst (Level 1):

Bachelor’s degree or have a High School diploma/GED and 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Be majoring in or having majored in a Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite). Final approved U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special Access may be required to start.

Master’s degree with related experience, Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of program planning and scheduling analyst experience or have a High School diploma/GED and 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Be majoring in or having majored in a Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork, capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular).
Salary Range: $53,700 - $80,500
Salary Range 2: $64,900 - $97,300
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
