The Connected Aviation Solutions (CAS) business is currently leading the Connected Ecosystem strategic pillar for Collins Aerospace. Within the CAS team, the Aircraft Digital Services (ADS) team is focused on leading the digital transformation of the Connected Aircraft, Flight Deck, and Maintainer.

You will be contributing to a fast-paced product development team, working with leaders in aviation. This role with actively support the Value Stream Leaders for the GlobalConnect product lines. GlobalConnect focuses on cutting-edge connectivity solutions designed to enhance operational efficiency, safety and passenger experience for airlines globally. GlobalConnect offers a comprehensive suite of services, including in-flight Wi-Fi, real-time operational data, maintenance monitoring, and advanced analytics.

What You Will Do:

• Participate in customer presentations
• Contribute to development team reviews
• Participate in product roadmap prioritization
• Develop product review presentations

• You will learn about Digital Product management
• You will learn about Product financial responsibilities
• You will learn about product development team management

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

• Product management focus; product strategy, agile development, product opportunities
• Program management focus; cross-functional leadership, go-to-market strategies, interest in P&L acumen
• Proficient knowledge using Microsoft Office products

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. (*Position is remote; however, if you live within a reasonable commute of a Collins site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.)

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
