  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in an analytical or consultative role such as management consulting, corporate strategy, banking, or project management, or a similar role in a technology firm.
  • Experience working with data sets and analytical tools (e.g., SQL) and extracting insights from data.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with generating insights from spreadsheet software.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships across regions and functions.
  • Ability to be comfortable working in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation development skills, with the ability to take ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling stories.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you will support the Global Services Delivery (GSD) leadership and global stakeholders in determining strategic priorities and shaping business growth. You will generate key business insights by analyzing data, and develop compelling presentations and materials for business reviews/strategy memos. You will work with key cross-functional partners, including Finance, to influence business planning and decision-making across the broader organization.

Responsibilities
  • Be a trusted advisor to the leadership team by analyzing strategic questions, developing and analyzing data, and generating meaningful insights.
  • Define business metrics/Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) in line with leadership priorities and guide in the measurement and reporting of business health.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align on business planning and organizational growth.
  • Plan and execute on strategy and operations projects across professional services delivery, new customer on-boarding, and product incubation strategy.
