  • 5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
  • 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
  • 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
  • 3 years of people management experience with direct reports, and in technical leadership.

The Network Security Product Management team is responsible for setting the strategic direction for products, from market and competitive research, feature definition and prioritization, and engagement with customers and many internal teams to get features built and shipped. As a Senior Product Manager, you will interface with customers, analysts, partners, and press regularly to promote products and ensure that they are meeting customer and market needs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
  • Understand service provider networks and network security needs both in the cloud and on premise.
  • Understand cloud networking and network security basics, markets, competition, and trends.
  • Work with service provider ecosystem, cloud networking, and network security ecosystem or other cloud products, services or technologies.
  • Drive projects through their entire life-cycle (e.g., requirements, design, development, launch, landing).
  • Manage the overall roadmap by prioritizing requests from customers, the sales organization, and engineering teams across GCP.
